How can I get a copy of my invoice?
If you have an account with us you can download all your previous invoices online on our website; Just login and go to My Account section.
Please note:
- Online invoices are available for Business Account holders only.
- Your online profile MUST be linked to your account, so If it is the first time your are logging in on our website and you have an account with us, please contact us on our Live Chat or call us on 01 4568111 so we can make sure you have all invoices available online.
Ps. If you do not have a FloMAX account, then the invoices are to be requested through the email: paula@pneumatics.ie
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and if you already have a credit account with us, you can place your orders and avail of your usual credit terms. If you would like to open a credit account, please contact us via Live Chat, and we will process your request immediately.
Can I collect my goods?
If you would prefer to collect your goods from the floMAX warehouse, all you need to do is select the "Collection" option under the Delivery Method drop-down list. Our despatch team will receive this instruction and your goods will be ready for collection within 30 minutes. Goods can be collected from our Trade Counter at the following address: Pneumatics Group, Old Naas Road, Bluebell, Dublin 12, D12 F1HR, Ireland.
How long does it take for my goods to reach me?
PS. For palletized/bulk/long lengths and orders over 30Kg, please allow an additional 1-2 days.
For other countries the delivery time estimates as follows (only for when items are in stock):
3 to 4 working days: France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
4 to 6 working days: Austria, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Lithuania, Hungary, Slovakia and Switzerland.
4 to 8 working days: Poland, Slovenia, Sweeden, Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Bosnia, Norway and Portugal.
Our website is set up with a smart system that reads the delivery address and gives you the right Delivery Options, please try adding the the products to your basket and proceed to enter the delivery address, you will then be able to see a drop down list with all options available.
For countries not listed above, please contact us for a shipping quote, or select the "Collection" option and place your order, we will contact you then with a quote.
How much will it cost to ship my goods?
The shipping costs vary for each country and depend on the selected shipping method. You are given the precise amount of the shipping costs in the order summary - shopping basket, and you can choose from different options of delivery method in the second last step of the order process.
How can I view my previous orders?
Login and access 'My Account' section so you can view your Order History:
- Access and view all products purchased from FloMAX directly on FloMAX.ie .
- Easily access your orders to reorder previously purchased items or add them to a list
View, print and save original invoices.
