Track My Order
At FloMAX.ie we always strive to bring you the best service possible from the time you contact us for the first time to when your items are delivered.
Here you will be able to track the status of your order at any time. To check the status of your recent order you must have your tracking number to hand. This number can be found on the email that you would have received after you place your order (Please allow few hours to receive the email with your tracking number).

How our tracking service works
At each step of our order process the status of your order is changed and updated. Our courier will confirm they have received your order and you will receive another confirmation email when driver is loading your order into the van.
If the recipient is not available to receive the order(s), the driver if appropriate, will leave it with either a neighbour or in a safe place, otherwise they will return the order back to their depot and try again in the next day. Our drivers will always leave a calling card detailing where the parcel has been left, or let your recipient know how to re-arrange a convenient time for delivery.
On returning from the delivery, your order delivery status will be updated. We aim to ensure all our standard deliveries are marked as delivered by 6pm.

If you are not redirected to your order information, please ensure you have entered the correct tracking number.
